To buy a property via Condo Real Estate you need to complete a few steps:

  • Choose a property that meets your criteria and send an inquiry using the form on the listing detail page.
  • Next, we will arrange a tour  with our experts / agents so you can see the property in person.
  • Closing the deal – our team will help you with the necessary legal paperwork.

You will receive a call back from us within 10-15 minutes of placing your inquiry, provided you have sent your inquiry between 9:00 and 18:00. Otherwise, expect our call the next day.

Sellers and Landlords

Our platform has over 10,000 monthly visitors which guarantees your property maximum visibility. After the interested buyer or tenant sends an inquiry for a specific property, a tour of the property will be scheduled with one of our agents.

It is important to note that Condo Real Estate greatly facilitates the process of selling or renting a property by showcasing properties through professional photos, videos and detailed information on amenities, costs and location.

Our agents gather all important information about the potential buyer/tenant beforehand, they manage the property tours and the whole sales/lease process.

If you are selling or renting your property using other agencies, the selling or renting price can’t be lower than the price of your property at Condo Real Estate.

Yes, you can feature your apartment in both categories. However, you will have to have your tenants’ consent when it comes to touring the apartment to potential buyers.

After you register you can get in touch with the property owners and schedule a tour of the property with one of our agents.

If you want to register as a buyer on Condo Real Estate, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner. Next, you will need to fill in the registration form and choose the buyer account role.  You will then receive an email with your username and automatically generated password.

All you need to do now is register using your credentials and you are ready to buy.

The relationship between you and the landlord is governed by the lease agreement. If either party breaches or fails to comply with its contractual obligations, this is the basis for contractual liability. If you are not able to resolve disagreements with your landlord, you can seek protection of your rights in court. The court with territorial jurisdiction over such disputes is the court in whose territory the real estate is located.
